Dear Macey, this was discussed very recently on Lactnet (past few weeks).
Seach the archives, there were some excellent tips, some from LCs working
with moms and some from moms.  <[log in to unmask]>  One message
comes up under "mom with limited use of one arm".  Be creative and ask for
more terms.

Another point is that nursing is easier with use of only one arm any day
than trying to hold baby and a bottle! And preparing bottles ! ugh, it is
bad enough with use of 2 hands.  I'm sure breastfeeding is the easiest way
to  go.
