To publicly respond to posts and private Emails:
I had told the mom of this baby that the earliest we would do
this challenge was one year old. This is mostly for her as she is
the one with the restrictive diet.
As to bleeding, hurting , fussy allergic babies, this baby
presented only with bleeding.
The potential problem of immunizations and milk challenged
had occured to me so I sought opinions. I agree with the
ID specailist these vaccines arent a problem. Worse case
would be confusing a vaccine reaction as CMP (cows
milk protein) and keeping the baby/mom  CMP free longer. This
is the last HiB and only varivax (chicken pox) for the baby. I
guess a vaccine reaction could occur but highly unlikely.
Could get hit by lightining going into the office too.

The Reason for doing this in the office and the wait is b/c of
a small chance of anaphylaxis. If the baby gets to 2 hours then
I feel OK to let the baby go home. In most cases I then say give
2 onces cows milk next day, 3 the day after and if no
problems can have cows milk ad lib. In this case I may
advise cows millk is OK for mom. Pizza time! But keep baby off
as long as possible.
I dont get to do these challenges much because even though
I warm parents not to give CMP until an office challange
because of risk of anaphylaxis the baby usually gets yogurt or
ice cream or milk somewhere. Go figure.
