>what are the ingredients of HMF?

For Enfamil Human Milk Fortifier: corn syrup solids, whey protein
concentrate, sodium caseinate, vitamins (which are listed), minerals (which
are listed). The protein is "60% whey protein; 40% casein... similar to
breast milk." This is taken from Mead Johnson Pediatrics, Pediatric
Products Handbook, 1993, p 43.

Here are the feeding directions:
1. Shake container of human milk to be fortified.
2. Pour desired amount of human milk into sterile container according to
the following schedule (which follows)
3. Add the powder to the measured human milk, cap container, shake well,
and feed.
4. Cover and store unused fortified human milk under refrigeration. USE
WITHIN 8 HOURS OF PREPARATION or according to normal hospital procedures for
handling human milk to a maximum of 24 hours.
5. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING.

I wonder what the implications for the human milk are of all that shaking.
