I too have been wondering about this! Our OBs are giving the formula rep's 
samples of Expecta to their patients - with a big can of formula, of course - 
and I've been meaning to do some research. I have had a feeling that if they 
really feel that pregnant and nursing moms need this type of supplementation, 
there is a more efficient and less expensive way to get it!  Thanks for asking
