Linda reports:

<<heard the same thing at the March of Dimes Conference last month in
Chicago in a presentation by Karin Cadwell and Cindy Turner-Maffei. I just
checked my syllabus and can't find my notes but I don't think they gave
reference to any studies or case reports. I believe they mentioned a
greater danger when nipple damage was present.>>

I'd love to see documentation about the number of women that have been
infected with listeria from using cabbage for engorgement. I've heard this too --
have never seen even a case report. Of course, that doesn't mean there
isn't one, but it would be nice to see it before everyone jumps on the hysteria
"no cabbage" bandwagon. Perhaps this is theoretical and not actual???
