As I'm literally in the middle of hanging wallpaper (I needed a break!)
I'll be quick.

In terms of the presentation to staff, I'd present it as you telling
them how they can combat "common sense" myths. So your role is to give
them ideas about how to deal with Mums/other professionals who say
"Everyone knows that..." and then present them with the stuff they are
perpetuating. It sets the tone as "I know you are too well informed to
think these silly things, but others may think them so I'm giving you
the evidence so you feel supported in dismissing them!"

Leaves them in a bind... they can hardly say they agree with the myth.
Also gives space for genuine "Oh my gosh, I didn't know that!" in a way
that makes the problem someone elses. So you could name it something
like "Dismissing the myth, but not the Mother" or "How Everyone Knows
Nothing!". :-)

You can start by asking for a brainstorm of the silliest thing they've
ever heard, and write them up on the board, and as they laugh at the
silly stuff, add in other stuff. When the silly myths are done and
dusted, turn it over to "Well, here's five things you can concentrate on
if parents are really resistant to myth busting, such as..." and then
give them the 5 things you want every single on of them to be supportive
on all the time. Present these five things are their "get out of a
sticky situation" short list.
