Pamela - what a wonderful idea to train EVERYONE in a facility to teach basic bf
techniques!

This reminds me of when I was working for WIC training perr facilitators. We
trained all the staff too. One of our *official* peer facilitators worked in a
hospital as a dietary aide. The maternity unit nurses often called her in to help
get a baby latched on, and she would regularly ask mothers if they needed help with
breastfeeding when she delivered their meals. Talk about it *taking a village* to
raise a child!

Oh, and congratulations to all our new IBCLCs! Well done!
