A very positive article - but it concerns me that the author tells mothers
to have realistic expectations, but then says that by four to six weeks the
baby will be in a regular pattern and lists six feedings per day. I think a
baby who nurses six times a day would be the exception rather than the rule
at four weeks, and this kind of expectation is what makes mothers worry when
their baby doesn't fit.
