hi just my opinion having worked in a state hosp. It sounds like the child
if finally happy enough to grow. I have seen many of these institutional
babes that are depressed and ultra stressed eat just enough to survive. These
parents are filling the child with the love it needs, building her soul,
helping to heal the abandonment issues. these poor kids grow to love staff,
but staff members change and once again they feel abandoned. these parents
are filling a cup left empty for 15months, that may take allot of milk, but
its well worth the trouble.(12 years after I left that hosp. it can still
bring me to tears)
