Tamara,
You asked about working moms and decreasing milk supplies. One of the
best pieces of advice I have found is to encourage these moms to share
sleep with their babies. This accomplishes several things:
1. Baby has prolonged contact time with Mom.
2. Baby is able to nurse more frequently during a time when prolactic
levels are elevated.
3. Mom seems better able to keep her milk supply flowing.
