 I can not speak for the organization although I do suggest that anyone
interested read thir position paperwhich is excellent.  - it is available on
thier web site.

  I can tell you though that I am afiliated with a large ( two site) family
practice residency program and NO reps are allowed through the doors. ALL
mother's are encouraged to breast feed. No formula or bottles are in either
clinic. If clinics were certifiable both would meet the bfhi criteria. ALL
residents are required  to do didactic and hands on time with the lc.
