Hi-
In recent post describing Barbara Wilson-Clay's post-partum
breastfeeding instructions (which I found very helpful!) she referenced a
"Diaper Diary." We have a similar animal, the "Breastfeeding Log Record"
(sorry-I don't have an electronic copy)--but in my opinion it is confusing.
Does anyone have anything similar that they would be willing to share, or
success stories on content/format?
        Thanks in advance!
        -Diane
