FWIW, I have heard this before too, but not about OCD.  What I heard is
that the hormones which cause us to relax and feel at peace while bf-ing
can be detrimental to a woman whose PPD is manifesting as extreme
fatigue and similar symptoms. This came to me from a IBCLC who had gone
back to college and was studying PPD in particular.
