I've seen cases of moms who needed to eliminate cows milk and soy but never
beef.
What is the rational behind this?
I presently have a case of an exclusively breastfed baby with bloody stools
and evidenc eof allergic colitis on bowel biopsy. As mom was off cows milk
protein the next recommendation was to eliminate soy then peanut.
Mom has in this case opted to wean.
