Yes, I've worked with many mothers who parachute on a regular basis at Ft Bragg NC. These women were requoired, as airborne soldiers to jump at least once every 3 months. The only issue was when they were suited up and a jump was delayed and they couldn't pump. Then it was both uncomfortable, even painful, and not good for milk supply. Of course, that is the US Army. A commercial parachuting venue will not have people suited up and sitting in the back of a plane for 3 hours. I hope... 

I will also say, these are the roughest jumps, physically, you'd see. Very basic parachutes at very low altitudes. Emotional, too, I'm sure. But the whole claim of emotion somehow being the risk is ridiculous, as you already know.
