As one who makes and sells fenugreek tincture. The elevated BP would not be
a normal side effect. In all the years i have used it, have never had/seen
that effect. Actually fenugreek is known to lower cholesterol and BP.If she
feels ok staying off of it ok, there are other herbs. Be sure to investigate
other causes of the elevation- stress, poor diet, white coat stress.
