Timothy, my 18 y/o college sophomore (yikes -- can it be??) has a new
"friend" from college who lives in IN.  He's planning on having her come spend the
4th of July weekend with us, which will be the first time we meet her.  He wrote
a letter to her, a copy of which he left on my computer desk right up there
for God 'n everyone to read.  So I did -- open invite, right?

Salient sentence:

"I showed my mom those pictures that you sent, and she said, "Well, she's
just as cute as can be!"  Yeah, it was kinda ridiculous and I laughed.  But she's
excited to meet you, and she's assured me that there is no reason for you to
be nervous or whatever...that is, unless you're not planning on breastfeeding,
in which case, you and I should never speak again."

Good to know I've made my point!
