Hello Friends in Lactation,

I am stumped and need your collective wisdom, especially those of you who 
are located somewhere in the globe other than the USA. I had a mother call 
in to the breastfeeding boutique I work at asking for a 27 or 30 mm NIPPLE 
SHIELD. I asked if it was the larger flanges she was looking for, but she 
said she already has that. Apparantly, she has one very large in diameter 
and very inverted nipple and had heard somewhere (she's originally from 
Australia) that there is a large and extra large nipple shield. The 24mm 
one she is currently using is pinching the larger nipple and starting to 
cause some excoriations. Any one know where I can find these for her?
