I came across this article on DMER at the Intenational Breastfeeding Journal website.  I might have to subscribe.

Speaking of studies, has anyone heard of this one?  Somewhere between 5 and 10 years ago, I read of a study (I think it was done in the UK, but I can't be sure) in which they found that adults who had been breastfed for at least 4 months earned more money than adults who had been breastfed for less than a month or not at all.  It was even true for siblings.  Does this ring a bell to anyone?
