Hi Magda
I haven't read the strategy yet but I can fairly confidently assert that we
won't be producing a new growth standard - not for the money they're talking
about.  More likely that we'll go through a process similar to the one in
the UK.  
The release is generating a bunch of 'don't make me feel guilty - there's no
difference really' kind of op-eds here - and not a word about the Code.
