I agree (if you want to stay in this stress-inducing facility). I'd suggest that after writing down your version of how the events unfolded, you check your Employee Handbook re: discipline/corrective action policy and protocol. If you don't know where your handbook is, contact the Human Resources department. Even in areas with "at will" or whatever term is used, firing without following P&P and/or without "just cause" is rarely done for liability reasons.
