(At least) one good thing about talking about this with moms (whether or
not they choose to do it) is to educate them that lots of poops are NOT
diarrhea and that the baby is fine.
Some moms will believe that the baby is sick bec. of the frequency of
bowel movements. I know this is obvious to most of us, but  believe me,
I've heard this over and over again.. In fact, some of you may recall my
post about the physician who  put a newborn  on pedialyte (instead of
breastmilk or formula) bec. of normal newborn stools.
Just wanted to make sure this was mentioned, sorry if I'm repeating....
