Seizure disorders can range from severe (grand mal seizures), to drop
seizures, to mild seizures (petit mal), to barely noticeable. Very mild
tremors can be a seizure. Simply becoming very still and staring off into
space can be a seizure. Many times, seizures happen while the person is
sleeping and no one knows.

I would have the baby with 'tremors' evaluated by a good pediatric
neurologist. Most seizure disorders are controllable with medication.
