Forgot to mention a handout from March 12, 2001 Advance for Nurses.
Compiled by Ann Calandro, RNC, IBCLC.  It is a patient handout, " A
Mother's Guide to Breastfeeding: The First Week."  Well done and you know
how I HATE to reinvent the wheel!

Thanks Pat!  I would be happy to send anyone a copy of the handout if they send me a stamped self addressed envelope. I tried to squeeze all the information I could onto one page.
Advance for Nurses magazine is now planning to translate it into Spanish, although it is not available yet.
