Hi everyone, Alcohol and breastfeeding issue came up in a timely fashion. I
don't get concerned when a mother asks about a drink or two. However, what
about the mother who abuses alcohol? What information do you give to a
breastfeeding mother who drinks 5-6 per day? I am specifically looking for a
study or a handout. I have looked on the internet and the information on
drinking and breastfeeding OKs the 1-2 drinks but 1-2 drinks in an alcoholic
is the start of 5-6. I would appreciate any help in this.  Mary Ann Krainz
