I have to laugh when I see orders for things like "24 calorie" breast
milk. Paula Meier has found premie breast milk to be as much as 40
calories (if I remember correctly, didn't check my notes). Without
doing calorie counts on the milk, how do we know how many calories the
milk is?

In our area, adding N__C___ formula from R___L__ is popular. I believe
the NNP said that it was to increase the protein. Isn't low protein an
advantage for premies because it decreases the load on their kidneys?
