Could you please provide more details.When you ask for help are you referring to mothers diet or her milk supply.  How often is mother pumping, how much milk does she make in a 24 hour period? What kind of pump is she using? How often does the baby go to breast? Has she ever had any pre and post feeding weights done? You mentioned that the infant was a 34 weeker. Does mother understand that he is still very weak and it will take awhile for him to be able to nurse effectively? Is she providing him with lots of skin to skin time, allowing him to lick and nuzzle the breast?
