        Several have asked questions concerning the birth and blood compatibility
on the case I posted this a.m.    There was no assistance in birth ...
mother pushed baby out without help.  Baby's head is really well rounded
... she didn't stay in the birth canal very long.  There is no hematoma,
Mom is RH+, and no ABO incompatibility.
        Mom had another bilirubin done today.  It was 11.7 and MD d/c bili
blanket.  The baby is now up to 9 lbs. and 15 oz.
        I still would like to know what the mechanism is on how drugs affect
bilirubin in the newborn.  Thank you, Camille Foretich
