Got a call from a mom who is 30 weeks pregnant with second baby.  She feels
engorged, has lumps under her arms, is leaking and is quite sore.  She has
not nursed her first child since before she became pregnant.  She was calling
because she wanted a pump to relieve the engorgement, but this does not sound
like a good idea to me and I recommended against it.  Any thoughts?  Thanks,
