<< Hi!

I would take to take a little informal poll from all willing to share...
If you had to identify one food in the diet of breastfeeding moms which you
find, more than any other food, causes problems that affect breastfeeding,
 what would that food be?

Cow's milk and products. My opinion based on 18 yrs of counseling bfing moms
and also on personal experience. My third child had very loud, explosive gas
and when I stopped cow's milk in my diet it stopped. Could have been
incidental but when I tried it in my diet again after a few weeks of
avoidance, it happened again. And he still has that problem with cow's milk,
at age 11.
