Does anyone have information about the new LCR , urine test for Chlamydia? I
know it is not specifically a breastfeeding question, but there are so many
Women's Health Experts here, I was hoping somebody could comment on their
actual clinical use/applicability and specificity/sensitivity rates ? Also I
read something in Contemporary OB/GYN Dec 1998 about pregnant and lactating
women avoiding peanut products in order to avoid sensitizing their infants to
peanut allergies later in life? Is this really necessary for families that do
not have a peanut allergy history? V/R Lisa M Mooney RN BSN CLE
