My suggestion would be the very comprehensive Breastfeeding Answer Book,
published by LLLI.  Our ILCA affiliate has provided it for every hospital in
our area for the maternity floor; and for several physicians' offices, if
they expressed an interest when asked.  We were able to finance those
projects with the profits from our BF conferences and other educational BF
programs.  Before ordering, I would check if it is going to be revised soon
and if you can have a discount if you are going to give it for free.  Some
hospital LCs out of our area have purchased copies at conferences/ ed
programs; one hospital LC actually bought six copies - four for the
maternity floor (nursery, L&D, postpartum, and the LC's office), one for the
Peds unit, and one for the ER.  I advertise that whenever possible, hoping
others would do the same.  It is possible that each of the MDs in the
practice you write about might want their own copy as well as one for the
front desk.
