My son is an Army officer. When he was an ROTC student, he was in a
family living class of some sort, and the instructor one day went off on
a tangent about LLL and women nursing in public and nursing CHILDREN who
weren't even BABIES anymore, etc. My son stood up from his seat in his
Army uniform--a tall, muscular, intimidating young man when he wants to
be--and said very quietly, "That's my mama you're talking about. You'd
better watch yourself."

Silence. End of conversation.
