I wonder, if the media were reporting a story about someone mixing formula
with water from a well contaminated with, oh, how about Dioxin, that the
headline would read "Formula can be deadly." or even better yet "Water can
be deadly."

For Katie Granju -- Please refer the mother to Michael Woolridge's chapter
from Breastfeeding: Biocultural Perspectives. The title of the chapter is:
"Baby-Controlled Breastfeeding: Biocultural Implications." Tell her if she
will send me her street address and remind me that she wants Woolridge's
chapter, that I will be happy to send it to her.
