I tell my new and old patients that I recommend two years of breastfeeding as
a wonderful start to optimal nutrition and great parenting.

I discuss solids as a very unimportant part of nutrition for 9-12 months of
life.

I stress that a safe Family Bed is the best (and safest) place for a baby for
months or years.

          I wear a nice conservative shirt and tie to work every single day.

I have fooled them so far.
