Jan,

Since no one has mentioned this, I wonder if she found an OT with experience
with infants and hypersensitivity/neurological difficulties, she could get
help with what to do to lessen his pain (that's why babies cry, in my
opinion, be it physical, emotional or otherwise-obviously something isn't
right with this child).  The recent thread on LN discussed SID, Sensitivity
Integration Disorder, and I found it helpful but can't find it on my
computer, tho know I copied it so if you need it I'll mail it to you.

I remember from Wolf and Glass conference their discussing decreasing
stimulus, sound, light, sensation, swaddling or not, lying down to BF, etc,
even covering baby's eyes to reduce stimuli.  Hope this helps.
