not heard of this before - interesting. Could it be also to do with the

Yes I did have this experience with second child. My two are very different
about food, starting with BF but also true for solids. My first BF 3.5 years
for the pleasure of it and thru the second pregnancy despite nearly no milk
at the end. He still is a huge cuddler. My second eats more solids, and has
always nursed much faster, kind of a "business" nurser. when the suck
swallow ratio falls below 3:1 she stops and complains to me that there is no
milk. I just wondered if the difference in their nursing styles was due to
differences in my milk suply and delivery and not just in their
personalities. Someone emailed me about this, and to the list, that the
storage capacity is not different with subsequent pregnancy so that's not it.

Just different kis I guess.
