I just talked with someone from the attorney's office of the mom.  Criminal
charges were dropped, but other charges were pending.  She gave me the number
for the police department and the mayor's office.  I spoke with the mayor who
is the father of a 2 year old and 2 month old.  The oldest was nursed until
he was one year old.  He said he would check into it.  The numbers are:
police dept:  972-744-4800.  Mayor's office:  972-744-4100.
