While stating the obvious that her symptoms should abate when the Junipers
quit releasing pollen, she might consider the use of intranasal steroids, e.g.
Nasonex, Rhinochort, Vancenase........  I don't these would pose any risks to
her breastfeeding a 16 month old.  If she wants to try something over-the-
counter that is absolutely totally safe.....cromolyn nasal spray.
