LC "residents" or "interns" - neat idea for helping people get over this
hours needed hump.  Maybe they could take IBCLE exam for a nominal fee (like
$50).  If pass, it does not confer IBCLC status, just an "official" learner
status while compiling hours.  I realize that the hours can be a major
problem if you are in an area where you are the only person working with BF
moms.

I guess this idea needs to be addressed to IBCLE.
