    I admit I'm a little behind on my digests but just had to respond to your
post about this gel being mentioned on Oprah. As Chris said, we already have
the leaves, with no addditives. But another thing:from the text that I read
in the post I noticed one glaring and irritating thing: there was no mention
if the fact that engorgement is PATHOLOGICAL and PREVENTABLE. The tenderness
and fullness that some mothers experience is very different than pathological
engorgement. We know that severe pathological engoregement is often seen in
moms whose BF has been prohibited, scheduled, delayed or interrupted, in
other words they have not been able to follow a "normal" nursing pattern. To
hear or read that "often" mothers experience engorgement may be true, but
this type of wording makes it seems both normal and unavoidable (back to the
ole "you have to be a martyr to BF") If this is the way the information
actually aired it will scare prospective nursers away - why use a gel to
prevent painful engorgement when you can bottlefeed AIM? Mother's who bottle
feed  think they will be free from problems...Hopefully, better late than
