This accesses the on-line version of Index Medicus.  You can get
abstracts of research articles.  From there you go to your library and
look them up.  Copying is permitted -- usually a single copy for
personal use.  You'll need to narrow your search to more than just
"breastfeeding" or you'll get several thousand citation.

You could also use CINAHL which is the allied health professionals
index, but it's a pay per use.  Most health sciences libraries will have
that in their collection as hard copy (they have Index Medicus in hard
copy too.

There is a similar index for the social sciences but I can't recall the
name off hand.  Maybe Social Sciences Citation Index(?).
