Hi Marie,
Somewhere in our archives a case or cases of something similar was
discussed. Seems like it was a dermatological condition or a buildup
of skin cells or something like keratin? For the life of me, I can't
remember what subject you would search for. But maybe some other
long-time lactnetters will remember. It might prove beneficial for
this mother to see a dermatologist.
