In dealing with my NICU population, most of my mothers that get a Depo shot
lose their milk supply. I can only think of  a couple that it did not affect
their milk supply. I also find this same effect to be the case with birth
control pills of all varieties. Is anyone else seeing this, especially with mothers
who are strictly pumping and no direct breastfeeding?
