My opinion would be to find a change of venue regularly.  When she is at
home she could feed with the body and legs extended out from the side of
the breast she is feeding on. (Do you get the picture?) That would have the
baby's head turned in the other direction some of the time, and have the
other side of the body in the more active position.

If switching sides is good for any baby, it would be good for this baby
too.  What a good question to ask.  I do have moms occasionally who feed
from only one breast and I hadn't thought to suggest the change of position.
