Can any one assist me in the process of writing this up and who to send it
to? Thanks

Cindy, in the back pages of JHL are instructions to authors, may be in other
journals as well.

try Jan Barger: [log in to unmask] (mailto:[log in to unmask]) I think she publishes
a newsletter?

and

For doc: positive reinforcement:

*ask him for his business cards/office pamphlets to have for your next ILCA
affiliate mtg when you report to that group about this experience
*invite him to attend the mtg; present an award
*at the next OB general business mtg at the hospital, get yourself on the
agenda and present him an award for Bf support in general and include the OR
experience as an example.
*send a notice to the local news publications about the award
