Dear Texas breastfeeding gurus and all else who responded,

Wow, thank you so much for all of your input with this situation. I will 
give the man a copy of the BF laws. There is definitely a BIG language gap, 
and perhaps some things may have been misconstrued. However, he's pretty 
clear that his wife was badgered for the incident of breastfeeding and the 
fact that people were not happy with her tandem feeding and double exposure 
right there in a public place. So, I will give him this wonderful 
information, and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for giving me 
such wonderful feedback.
