The best action this mother can take is to file a complaint with the Ohio
Civil Rights Commission. Info for filing a complaint and the forms to use
are available via http://crc.ohio.gov/FilingaCharge.aspx.

PLEASE urge this mother to file a complaint. If more mothers would do this,
pressure is placed on the state to act and enforce its law. The Ohio BF law
reads:
3781.55 Breast-feeding in places of public accommodation. A mother is
entitled to breast-feed her baby in any location of a place of public
accommodation wherein the mother otherwise is permitted. "Place of public
accommodation" has the same meaning as in section 4112.01 (
http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/4112.01) of the Revised Code.
