Hi all,
Have a question for your collective wisdom...I just recently talked to a
womar with VERY,VERY, large breasts, premie twins who are home now at two
months (doing well) but refuse to nurse. She has been pumping with the
Ameda/Egnell pump but has been unable to manage double pumping because she
can't hold the two pumps. I am going to try and help her get the twins to
nurse but her supply is going down as to be expected. Do you have any hints
on how she can manage the double pumps... I thought about ordering the large
phlange this company offers and lots of pillows..... twin pillow is probably
not going to work as she is quite heavy... Any suggestions before I start
working with this girl?

Thanks, and looking forward to ILCA in July
Linda
