One of our senior docs has asked for references on milk intake in the first
3 days, actually colostrum intake.  

Why can't I find any references?

I have a table based on work by Saint et al ( 1984) and Riordan ( 2004) but
cannot locate the actual references. 

Anyone have anything recent?
